1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold on Nexi Digital are digital products (such as downloadable files, software, templates, tools, courses, or digital content).

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or accessed.


2. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The digital product was not delivered due to a technical issue on our end

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product

  • The product is completely unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchase

  • Lack of technical knowledge

  • Compatibility issues not mentioned before purchase


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund (if eligible), you must:

  2. Include:

    • Order ID

    • Registered email address

    • Reason for refund

  3. Submit the request within 7 days of purchase

Requests made after 7 days will not be considered.


4. Refund Approval

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method


5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Nexi Digital is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of your account

  • Revocation of access to purchased digital products
